Hwy 123 Just Before Public, 55mph to 45mph.
A cop or two always sit and wait for you to come down over and when you cross still coming at 65 they ticket at 10 over or more if not careful.

Why are you still doing 65 when you were in a 55 zone that drops to 45 closer to town. If you are not slowing down to the posted speed limit...you deserve a ticket. There are moral absolutes,the speed limit is just one, it is immoral , inhumane, and dangerous to be driving too fast for conditions when around dull(as in distracted), preoccupied, college students with extremely limited driving experience.
