Hwy 13 between Albert Lea and Manchester
It seems they check this stretch of highway constantly for drunk drivers, using speed as a motive for pulling you over. Typically late night only. Squads are facing backwards on the side of the four lane road. Sometimes as many as three at a time.

Fact, there are a lot of drunks here. Fact, this is where the 2 county cars meet up to exchange paperwork. If you think multiple cops are wasting time in Manchester, you are delusional.
