Hwy 14
Small town + lots of tourists + county courthouse = overzealous police department making $$ off the highway 14 traffic. Don’t drive through Arena if you have anything amiss on your vehicle….they will pull you over for anything since there is nothing for them do (law enforcement-wise) in this otherewise nice, quiet town.

We just moved to Arena, and I have to say make SURE you are doing the posted 45mph speed limit! An officer likes to hang out near the water tower "parking lot" coming in to Arena from the east. You cannot see him until it is too late! Not pulled over yet, but I'm not taking any chances!!
