Hwy 154 (San Marcos Pass Road)
There are Two on Hwy 154 from the Santa Ynez Valley over the San Marcos Pass towards Santa Barbara. The one right near the Santa Ynez River (near Santa Ynez) has already been reported. The Second speed trap is just after you go over the top of the pass. After you go over the top of the pass heading down toward Santa Barbara, the lanes narrow from two to one. The CHP sets up right there to catch drivers who have just passed the slower drivers.
