Right after coming from overpass, like others said. speed limit was 65 and it dropped to 55 right before the bridge and back up to 65 after you got off the bridge.. The black unmarked SUV that did the stop was the Chief of Police. If the chief is doing traffic stops you better believe your getting a ticket.
