Hwy 17 at the west edge of town near chev dealership
they love to park in a variety of locations within a couple hundred metres of the chev dealers parking lot. they dont always park in the same spot, but most days theres a pretty good chance youre being watched from the moment the speed limit drops at towns edge all the way to the bridge over the sturgeon river.
