This is at the top of the lower Kern river section just past the large top turn out on the right and the power plant road on the left, and before the last 2 miles prior to the 3-4 lane expansion. CHP sits in SB turn out waiting for commuters driving over double yellow. Got a ticket there. Fought it trial by declaration, got a guilty verdict. Appealed trial de novo and the revenue generator didn’t show up, so I beat the ticket. Took 5 months to get money back.
