The entire 3-4 lane from top of lower Kern river section all the way to Isabella. Watch out!! Sometimes even in the early hours CHP heading to work at Isabella courthouse will pulse radar. Warn other civilians on the roads… Flash your brights 3 times if you see a speed trap. Easy to remember FLASH THREE FOR THE CHP!!!
