Hwy 183/ John W.Carpenter Frwy going West Bound
There is a Irving PD cruiser as you go over the Trinty River bridge as you go were it splits Hwy 183 and Hwy 114. He will be hiding in the right side of the service road catching speeders on the freeway I have seen him between the hours of 3am to 5am
