Hwy 191 from Toledo Bend Dam to Army Rec Road
The State Troopers are known to sit here, one shoots radar and I have seen as many as 4 others issuing the tickets. This is a very hilly area so it’s easy for them to hide. Just about everyone I know that has traveled this road more than once has been stopped.
