HCPD sits at the entrance to Talmadge Lakes subdivision most often during evening rush hour using laser as cars head south towards Hampton and Griffin. They are usually in the shadows, checking speeds as drivers come down the hill approaching Talmadge Lakes. HCPD uses motorcycles in this same area during morning traffic, but on the north bound lanes.
