Hwy 20 and Avon Allen Rd.
Highway 20 eastbound, about 200 yards past the Avon-Allen intersection, there is a slight curve to the right on Hwy 20. Just past the guardrail there is a driveway for a power substation. WSP is now parking in that driveway and laying in wait. I usually see a patrol car there between 0600 and 0630 several times a week.
