State AND Clackamas County MC LEO’s lurk near the last corner going downhill(northbound) to trap daydreamers who have been travelling about 4% downgrade for nearly 2 miles. They are occasionally near the top on the right side southbound side, but the revenue stream from uphill drivers is not up to the downhill ones, so they are rare southbound.
