Hwy 249 N between Huffsmith Kohrville and Alice
Hwy 249 North is 50 and then drops to 45 mph in an area where there are no houses, buildings etc, open highway, it leads to the new bypass. Police are always sitting in side areas and on bypass right over the hill.
