Hwy. 27 Road near Interstate I-26

At the outskirts of the town of Harleyville sits a "Barney Fyfe" type of cop with no uniform or marked car. Just a dirty shirt and a truck with a blinking light. Out well past the town area is a speed limit sign behind a bush, but "Barney" is out by the interstate, because he knows there’s no logic to a speed zone in that area and the pickings are easy. He writes his tickets for being a 35 MPH zone although the sign says 45 MPH. When you go to court the saga continues when instead of calling cases (and they have many) they just ask if anybody wants to settle for half the fine. Why bother to explain that the ticket is incorrect anyway? I’m sure the judge would have the same attitude as "Barney". It’s best to avoid this town as we now do.
