Hwy 287
I was driving the 65 mph speed limit coming from the south. As soon as I saw the first drop in speed limit to 40 mph I slowed as fast as I could. As I approached what they call a town the officer was sitting under a private business canopy. I went past the officer going the speed limit and he came after me and wrote me a ticket anyway. I had Colorado plates which I am sure contributed to his desire to fine me.
