highway 29 in north bound direction from walmart to just past lakeshore dr
is 50 miles an hour while the south bound side in the same area is 55, the speed limit on the north bound side has only one speedlimit sign so it is not well marked. it is also the only route to the hospital. sheriff and chp sit at cals jr and use radar on north bound traffic and another officer nabs speeders. they might be in either a car or mc

Once again this is Highway 53 not 29! Inside City of Clearlake Speed zones match both North and South with the 50mph zone now extended past Polk Ave to the new Stop sign at Olympic and Hwy 53! No Speed trap here either, plainly marked and long enough to recognize a change in speed! Slow down and open your eyes and you will be amazed at what you will see! No Speed Trap here
