Hwy 3 South-Loxie Egans Blvd
An officer will stand on a foot bridge overpass behind a huge Hwy Sign, pointing his dector. Very hard to see him..Just keep you eyes peeled along this entire stretch of Hwy 3 from Austin Way Exit until you pass under the flyover.
