Two officers in a new to very late model unmarked Black Tahoe or Suburban pulled me over for 60mph in the 45mph zone heading out of town. As stated in other reviews the 45 mph zone extends far from where there are buildings or other evidence of you being in a city. There is nothing but open range land on both sides of the road in this area. As stated in another review, they waited at the 60mph sign and I actually pulled over at the 70mph sign just a couple hundred yards after that. I have been coming through here for years for business in North East Texas and have never had an issue. Have not had a ticket in 22 years. The limit signs are the smallest allowed by law and there are very few of them. Highly recommend not driving through here and if you do, a dash cam is wise. I’m not entirely sure I wasn’t railroaded on this. Finally, don’t stop here to spend money.
