Hwy 31
Highway 31 North entering the city of Parks Louisiana the speed limit drops to 35 with no speed zone ahead signs or otherwise. The city police is sitting on the right side of the road at the marker.

It starts at 55 MPH then drops to 45 then to 35. The Officer sits right at the 35 MPH sign. He wrote me a ticket for doing 48 in a 35. I was slowing down at the time and know when I got to the sign I was down to 35 because the next zone is 15 when the road turns sharp. They tell you when its your first offense they dont report it to your Insurance company if you pay right away so its like cash under the table for the police dept.
