Officer in a black Dodge Charger issued a ticket for $150 accusing me of doing 39 mph in a 30-mph zone. His word against my word. Who’s to say I wouldn’t get another ticket going back to traffic court to fight it.

First off, I am not the officer in the black car. Now, I would be willing to bet the officer clocked you on radar doing more than the 39 on your ticket...cops don't write tickets for under 10 over the posted speed limit. I am betting the officer gave you a break and wrote ticket for 2 points and not the 4 or more points you were really doing. I read the posts on a lot of town sites and it is so funny to see where all these tickets are written by officers that just make up the violation!!! No one ever admits, "I was speeding and got caught". Man or woman up and just admit you got caught!!!! Pay your ticket and slow down!!!
