Going north just before entering town speed limit 55, down to 45. There is a small hill and they sit just over the other side. Its to late when you see them. I go this every month.

You can find meth heads in just about every convenience store in Telfair County, yet their public servants choose to focus their law enforcement efforts on the more lucrative practice of predatory speed traps. I travel the state from north to south with virtually no issues, yet I just got my second speeding ticket in the county outside of McRae city limits. I will choose an alternate route going forward. One that ensures that I don't patronize any business or contribute sales tax to Telfair County. If you don't know where Telfair County is, just Google it and you'll see its the county where the elderly North GA couple was murdered by a man posting a Craigslist ad for a 1966 Ford Mustang... Reason #4,999 to avoid this entire county.
