Officer parks in a parking lot in an area where he can not be seen. Also, first speed limit sign coming into town from the west says 45, then there is another sign for 30 almost immediately after ther 45 sign. I never saw the sign for 30 because I was paying attention to children on bicycles on the opposite side of the road!
