hwy 40 east from US 1
the deputy sits on side of road where the passing route is located with no visible lights. appears to be an abandoned vechile. When you accelerate to pass slower traffic you are stopped for speeding in a 55mph zone. You must have a short acceleration burst to pass another vechile. This is a trap. I now understand the same procedure is being used on 301S at city limits into folkston. Thank-you

First of all US1 and Highway 40 do not intersect in Kingsland Georgia or in Camden Co. for that matter. That is in an adjacent county some 40/45 miles away.
