Hwy 40/85 @ Exit 157; Buckhorn Rd and Bridge South of exit
NC Highway Patrol will often set up on the overpass with a car or SUV pointing radar down both sides of I-40/85. Other NCSHP officers are then waiting in pursuit vehicles on the shoulders of the On-ramps or in the grass directly behind the overpass sides. They will also repeat this procedure at the first bridge directly West/South of the Buckhorn exit that has no on/off-ramp. This is the bridge crossing as you approach Mebane exits (driving West40/South85).
