hwy 421 sanford… unposted speed limit changes
speed limit was posted 65mph … no other signs posted could be found… actual limit was 55 , not posted just a limit change near town .heavily patrolled by crooked officers… fact will write tickets above what actual speed was.. over 2000 people in court the day I had to appear , almost all for same reason.
