Both East and West on Hwy 46 (E-W) between Hwy 101 (N-S) (Paso Robles to Cambria/Hearst Castle) and Hwy 1 (N-S). From Paso Robles to Hwy 1 is about 30 miles of CHP officer Kashdans’ territory. He’s running Ka-band radar.
