The whole length of General Sieben is 30 mph, its a long stretch of road with few stop signs. It’s hilly so it’s easy to go downhill over the speed limit by 3-5 mph and get caught. happened to me 4x going less the 5 over.

Going up hill , the street is like waves of slopes (up and down) at the upper edge you can’t see the bottom where a cop awaits you… too late to slow down -the horizon provides perfect concealment of the cops car.

I personally think dummy cars would work as effectively as real cops, plus you don’t have to pay them 80-120 k a year to sit there and be total jerks.
