hwy 54 is main drag through town,truck route,police sit at side of roadway and site all who pass school zone sign over 21mph.. sign just before school zone states 35 mph..when overhead flashing lights are on speedlimit is 20 mph.. the confusing part is the flashing lights are allways on for the intersection not just the school zone hours… ticket is 198.00 for 1mph over limit ouch.. The officer give you a preprinted fine page and ticket with a smile,never asked for reg or ins papers. He wrote the ticket in 3 minites and made a few mistakes… he wrote four tickets in the time it took me to photograph the area and mount a defense.
