Hwy 57 at Chapman Avenue
The officers, either from Fullerton or Placentia, will sit on their bikes and look down at the traffic going up the on ramp to the 57 Fwy. They check for the number of occupants in the vehicle and make sure that you are not on the diamond lane if you are driving solo. They have a well planned out routine to fight you if you take it to court, and you never can win.
