Hwy. 58 in Southampton County Between Emporia and the city of Suffolk County a Deputy is always patroling that area and will write a ticket for 10 mph over the speed limit. And it is not just one Deputy I have seen but between 2 and 6 Deputies in that part of 58. Drive the speed limit in Soputhampton County.

you dont have to be speeding at all if one particular deputy is on duty. if you are in the left lane with an out of state tag, he will pull you and give you a ticket for 75. then its your word against his in court. been there and done that.
