Hwy 61 between Scott City and Kelso
City PD likes to hide on Grove st and shoot cars coming over the overpass leaving Scott City, and coming into the city from Kelso. They also now have a Laser clocking unit. If you get stopped there you WILL get a ticket. I have a scanner and listen to it quite often. 154.980 and 158.895 if you want to hear what is going on.

police officers drive right past a social hall in that area with drunks coming out quite often and ignore them. my 74 yr old mother got a ticket at the speed trap and when she went to pay the ticket she was told they wld make it to where her insurance wouldnt go up.
