Hwy 65 South
Limits change very frequently throughout the entire town, however this 4 lane is the worst! Watch out for Troopers heading north, or sitting in driveways… everyone drives around 60-65 at this time of day (posted is 45 and 50) trust me, I think they just flip a coin, and pick one from the crowd… GO SLOW, and just pray they dont pick you!!

The village of Bellefonte (pop. ~450) is a slight scenery change along US 65. The speed limit changes not at all from the posted 50 MPH. The increase from 45 to 50 happens in Harrison, about 2 miles to the north. Should you wish to speed ("everyone drives around 60-65 ... trust me"), then you might be deserving of the ensuing ticket. Then you can whine and kvetch all you want.
