Hwy 69 south of Loop to Huntington, TX
Texas Highway Patrol (State Troopers) run in packs of up to four patrol vehicles. I have observed as many as three patrol units, simultaneously as if on signal, stopping three individuals for various causes. THP overloads certain area’s on a rotation so beware. They are out to write a fist full of tickets and then move to Hwy 59 South of Lufkin Loop. Coupled with the Huntington speed trap just south makes this a risky section of road to use.
