Hwy 70 at the hwy 26 intersection
About 100 yrds south of the 26 intersection there is some worh being done on the side of the road. there is an accsess road cut into the side of the hill. he likes to sit on that road ta night most of the time in a dark car. The hill is higher than the car ojn both sides and you can’t see the car at all untill you are right in front of him.
