This is a rural community of ,perhaps, 500 residents. The stretch of highway has a 45mph limit , while the normal limit in the area is 55. There is one business in the 5 miles of reduced limit — otherwise an undeveloped rural area, no street lights and no traffic lights. As an indication of the emphasis on entrapping motorists as a profit center,there will be 10 officers appearing at a traffic court. That is at least 10 officers in a town of 500. Avoid the area when possible.
