Hwy 70 in front of hospital
I was stopped recently (7/10/02) for doing 49 in a 30 zone. The officer said that they were "cracking down" in order to reduce the number of accidents. This is a 4-lane highway with a turn lane, and 30 seems numbingly slow, so it’s very easy to exceed it. From the officer’s comment, I expect their enforcement to continue for the forseeable future.

Hwy 70 (or whatever it is) in front of the hospital is now 40. 35 in front of Kroger tho.
