Hwy. 70 (West of Town) to East of Hwy. 96
When you are going down the hill the Sheriff and Tennessee Highway Patrol sit just east of where Highway 96 turns north. He catches both people going up the hill because he is completely hidden behind a hill, and people going down the hill because he is far enough off the road to be missed.
