Hwy 71, just as you enter city heading north
Cop is there 90% of time. He sits in the weeds under a tree next to the wrecking yard. The traffic comes around a big curve going 55+ and then the limit hits. Very bad for out of town folks.

Very bad for locals to. The cop told me I doing 55 in a 40 zone. He clocked me while I was in the 55 zone.
