hwy 765 south of traffic circle, near the polling house
MSP sits on the side of HWY 765 just south of the traffic circle in St. Leonad, they will get you comming northbound just past St Leonard Elementry school when you crest the hill, it goes from 40 down to 30 at that point. Been pulled there several times.
