Hwy 77 from Hart County Line to Oglethorpe County Line
Elbert County S.O uses all black Tahoe’s, Dark gray and Black Chargers and most have no bar lights on roof. The lettering is just a few shades lighter than the paint scheme, so its impossible to distinguish untill you are on top of it. From Hartwell on GA 77, downhill, the speed drops from 55 to 45 to 35 in about 150 yards. MINIMUM FINE IN ELBERT COUNTY IS $175.00
