Hwy 80 offramp to Seminoe St. Park
Unreasonable 15 MPH speed limit on freeway access road that is neither a school zone nor an internal residential zone. The road parralels HWY 80 and skirts the residential area of Sinclair. I felt that I was driving safely at 25mph but was ticketed less than 50 feet from the new 50mph speed limit sign. The Sinclair ticketed motorists all morning long. The 15mph speed limit was not posted for safety but for revenue.
