Rush Springs, what a joke. They should be investigated for being a speed trap town. Not only did I get a bs ticket on thanksgiving day. But when I went to there so called traffic court the officer whom issued the ticket was also the police chief. Lol. "I'm the chief of police Im in charge of one officer"). Hillbillies!! The officer admitted under oath to the judge (what a joke, probably a janitor) that he had no certification for use of a radar gun. Then stated that he was movine when he clocked me then changed it to he has parked. Funny thing is before the trial I was offered a "DEAL" I could PAY more and not have it go on my record!!! Is this legal?? There killing there Lil hillbilly town my issuing out of towners these bs tickets. For this very reason I would not help the local economy I will not so much as buy a can of soda. I just drive 5mph under the speedlimit and pass through there sh!t town. If I ran out of gas I'd walk to the next town buy gas and walk back.

Im guessing if you ran out of gas there you would have more than one person offer to help you. Hopefully you will be more polite to them in person than you are on here. I live outside of Rush. They have more than two officers. PS: Radar guns dont require certification. If you want to fight a speeding ticket I woudl suggest you do some real research and not just look up how to do it on the internet.
