Hwy 82 east in city limits
Long open stretch where everybody’s driving 60-70 mph, but posted speed limit is totally unrealistic 45 mph. The choice is drive 45 and get rear-ended or go with the traffic flow and risk a ticket from city cops. Oct. 7 2011

As a P.S., the fine was $107.50. You can pay online for an additional $16 (which I won't do -- money orders are a lot cheaper than that)!! Talk about a rip-off! Apparently they're using their radar guns to make up for declining city budgets.
