Hwy. 84, West of town
Just outside of Mexia on Hwy. 84 heading West the speed remains 45 as you top the hill a local likes to sit and wait for prey as they accelerate out of town. Watch the speed postings closly.

As you go down the hill heading west, you will unconsciously accelerate above the speed limit. An officer @ the bottom of the hill is waiting for you. Next day at work I was bemoaning my bad luck when an older employee informed me that town was infamous all over that part of the country. In face, he @ his wife go around that town to buy groceries even tho it would be much closer to shop in Mexia. I've wondered how many others do the same thing.
