Through the week when Dixie Land is closed look for Fayette County Sheriff’s backed up along the fence line of the park sitting perpendicular to the road. The Fun Park sits at the top of a hill northbound and after a corner southbound. From this vantage point they can clock drivers in both directions. When they are clocking southbound it is not uncommon to see another cruiser at the import car repair business. They work in teams to pull over drivers. The officer at the Fun Park will relay the information to the other one waiting down the hill.
