HWY 97, leaving Moro, towards Columbia Gorge
Watch out when leaving Moro’s 25 MPH limit. It changes to 55 MPH on a downhill grade. Many drivers exceed this limit when coming down the hill, and the patrolling officers are waiting on this hill to catch you. Locals have reported that this is a known practice designed to raise revenue for the town.

It actually goes from a 25 to a 35 then to a 55. And it is level, it's not on a downhill grade.
