The City of Edmonds aggressively enforces the 45 mph speed limit on State Route 99, particularly on Friday nights. The city limits goes from 212th SW through 244th SW. This is one of their usual haunts, one of two driveways on the west side of the street that go into Top Foods, but I’ve also seen them sitting backed up in the parking lot on the SW corner of 216th and SR 99, well out of a typical line of view, perhaps 50-100 feet back.
