CHP LIDAR operator hides on bridge and 6 CHP mobiles wait revving their engines on the on-ramp. Operator pings a victim and radios the car make and model to CHP drivers who then race down the on-ramp, pull him/her over before the next off ramp, and give tickets. After ticketing they exit and drive down the frontage road to rinse and repeat – It must be like shooting fish in a barrel!
