Hwy E Going South toward Palmyra (Also called Palmyra Street
Going south from the gas station in Sullivan toward Palmyra on County Road E also known as Palmyra Street there is a small park by the bike trail on the right where Jefferson County like to sit. There is also a gentleman that lives on that same street that will call them if HE THINKS someone is speeding.
They also like to sit at the intersection of County Road E and County Line Road. This intersection is south past the park.
